We feel that if customers are able to understand their product better, they can really use their products at an optimum level”.
The Yamaha Fleet Training is conducted once a year and customers, particularly Fleet customers are invited and given the opportunity to participate at no additional charge to them. The main objective behind it is enhance customer awareness, knowledge and usage of their Yamaha product. Essentially, the more you understand a product, the better positioned you are to use it.
Yamaha products are known world-wide for their durability, however as would any mechanical device, need to be regularly maintained to ensure all is in check. Yamaha products follow a periodic maintenance schedule that we encourage all customers to follow. Technical Training Officer Jinesh Lal puts it simply “customers can really appreciate how the product works and how to take care of it by regularly maintaining their Yamaha product, so it’s important to follow the appropriate maintenance schedule”.
